Turnaround Time and Shipping:

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
• Free shipping is available for heat transfer orders over $250 within Ontario.

File Requirements:

• Accepted formats: .AI, .PDF, .PNG, .EPS, .SVG, .TIF, or .PSD.
• Artwork must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Higher dpi ensures better vibrancy and detail.
• Exact color matching is not provided.

Submission Guidelines:

• Specify the design dimensions (width and height) without including empty space on the artboard.
• Ensure there are no transparent pixels in the design.
• For gang sheets, the maximum printable width is 22.5” with unlimited length.

Important Notes:

• Minimum charge: $0.50 per piece.
• Orders containing multiple items to be shipped under one shipping charge must be placed on the same day.
• If your artwork dimensions do not match the requested size, we will process based on the width provided. Refunds will not be issued for smaller prints, and additional charges apply for prints larger than the size paid for.
• For 24-hour order processing, select the rush order option during checkout.

Additional Information:

• Transfers are delivered on a roll or can be pre-cut for $0.20 each.
• Pricing: $0.08 per square inch.
