Turnaround Time and Shipping:

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
• Free shipping is available for heat transfer orders over $250 within Ontario.

File Requirements:

• Accepted formats: .AI, .PDF, .PNG, .EPS, .SVG, .TIF, or .PSD.
• Artwork resolution must be at least 300 dpi. Higher dpi ensures vibrant colors and better definition.
• Exact color matching is not provided.

Submission Guidelines:

• Specify the design dimensions (width and height) without including empty space on the artboard.
• Ensure no transparent pixels are present in the design.
• For gang sheets, the maximum printable width is 22.5” with unlimited length.

Important Notes:

• Orders cannot be modified after 4 hours of placement.
• If your artwork dimensions don’t match the requested size, we will proceed based on the width provided. Refunds are not available for smaller prints, and additional charges apply for prints larger than the size paid for.

Additional Information:

• Minimum charge: $1.00 per piece.
• To combine multiple orders under a single shipping charge, place all orders on the same day.
• For 24-hour turnaround, select the rush order option during checkout.
• Transfers are delivered on a roll or can be pre-cut for $0.20 each.
